SHIPPING

WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. STANDARD SHIPPING RATES APPLY PER THE WEIGHT OF YOUR ORDER.  ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND USUALLY ARRIVE BETWEEN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SHIPPED.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Orders with In-Store Pick Up will be ready in 2-4 business days.  You will receive an email confirmation when it is ready.  Please bring your email confirmation with you at that time.  No orders will be distributed without proof of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS

RETURN POLICY

We hope you LOVE your items from North Iowa Designs but we know in the world of online shopping sometimes things don’t work out. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase so please read our Return Policy below.   • All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was placed. All accessories and any marked down items are a FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn with no stains, and the tags must still be attached. Items must not be damaged so be careful if using scissors to open package. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • MAIL BACK TO: 435 State Street, Garner, Iowa 50438
  • Include the receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return.
  • Refunds can only be issued in the form in which the item was originally purchased. (Ex. Bought with a CC - Refunded with the same CC)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping error.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive the item and approve your return.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. 

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities of products we can’t offer an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a refund for your original item.  Please see Return Policy above.  

Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
